Applications: Specialty Polymers Make-Up Specialty Polymeric Gellants structure liquid emollients into wax-like solids provide gloss, water repellency and pigment stabilization for make-up applications. Skin Care Specialty Polymeric Gellants allow the formation of water-in-gelled oil emulsion or oil-in-gelled water emulsions, in many cases without the need for added surfactant. Water repellency, film forming and actives retention can be designed into esthetically pleasing formulations. Sun Care Specialty Polymeric Gellants provide water repellency and SPF boosting to creams, lotions and sprays. Emollients can be structured into solid sun screen actives sticks as well. Antiperspirant and Deodorant Specialty Polymeric Gellants can be used as a structurant to form solid sticks or as a rheology modifier for roll-on applications.
